How to Get Here
There is no public transport to the Camp.
Up until a few months ago you had to rely on memory or the UBD to find your way here. Google Maps has now been able to find Camp Duckadang but it is best to plan ahead and know where you are going.
It is important to know that Google Maps and your Sat Nav may only recognise 117 Avoca Lane Avoca Vale.
There is spasmodic phone service from Moore, so please do not rely on your phone service to help you.
Directions to the camp are head west of Kilcoy from northern suburbs of Brisbane. If you are travelling from the western suburbs of Brisbane, head west and take the Brisbane Valley Highway through Esk. At the T intersection at D’Aguilar Highway turn left towards Blackbutt and Yarraman.
Turn right at Moore, travel for 20kms, through Linville, over three bridges, veer left at the fork in the road. Go over two Brisbane River Crossings and turn right on to Avoca Lane. You will see Camp Duckadang on the cliff face as you descend to the next river crossing.
